Manage project scope, budget, timeline and quality from A to Z.
Coordinate basic and detailed engineering, execution and start-up activities, involving both internal and external teams.
Take responsibility for project layout, define and validate process parameters with Production and R&D colleagues, and provide input for P&IDs and design activities.
Manage and monitor the process-related scope within assigned projects.
Ensure a strong focus on safety, ergonomics, automation, maintenance and energy efficiency.
Collaborate with the purchasing department for components and services.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate site activities and project execution.
Organise the commissioning phase.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering, such as mechanical, electrical, chemical or metallurgical engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum degree level: Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience as an end-to-end Project Manager within multidisciplinary projects or within one of the above-mentioned disciplines.
Experience managing EPCM contractors from the client side.
Relevant industry experience, preferably in the chemical, metallurgical or machine-building sector.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Engineer within one of the above-mentioned disciplines.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs.
Strong technical insight.

Hands-on mentality and strong safety awareness.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in Dutch is required.
VCA-VOL certification.
Project management certification is a strong plus.
