Support in Cleaning Validation

Verantwoordelijkheden

• As a Support in Cleaning Validation you are responsible for cleaning validation projects involving parts washers, Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems, and manual cleaning.
• You participate in functional meetings related to cleaning validation activities.
• You perform cleaning validation tasks on-site, mainly during the day shift (early/late shift possible if required).
• You conduct periodic reviews of cleaning processes in three production departments (IPTs).
• You coordinate and execute annual requalification studies, primarily within one IPT (with a backup role in another).
• You collaborate with validation, production and lab teams to schedule, execute, and evaluate studies.
• You support monitoring programs for cross-contamination by sampling non-product contact surfaces.
• You provide urgent support for sampling dirty equipment or when holding times are exceeded.
• You handle deviations and perform root cause analyses.
• You assess and manage changes and close audit findings where necessary. 

Vereisten

• Degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g. Engineering, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences). 
• Experience in pharmaceutical processes, validation, and project management
• Able to apply technical knowledge in practice and skilled in technical writing.
• Communicative, diplomatic, and a team player. 
• Motivated, proactive, and quality-driven.
• Analytical, flexible, and autonomous. 
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
