Senior Structural Engineer - Industry

Je speelt een hoofdrol in het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en verbeteren van een installaties en je werkt nauw samen aan de grootste projecten. Verantwoordelijkheden

• From Concept to Execution: Making It Technically Possible
• Strong structures start with a well-thought-out design. You translate complex industrial challenges into smart, feasible solutions. Your designs and calculations turn ideas into reality.

• Ensure that industrial installations and structures are technically sound and comply with all safety and quality standards

• Deliver reliable and buildable designs and calculations that support project feasibility

• Coordinate design activities and monitor project progress

• Review and validate the work of junior engineers and external partners

• Communicate closely with clients, suppliers, and contractors to align expectations and ensure smooth collaboration

• Supervise on-site construction work, identify deviations, and propose practical, achievable solutions

• Prevent delays and unnecessary costs through expert oversight and problem-solving

Vereisten

• A completed bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• A post-graduate degree in Concrete & Steel Engineering (HTI) is a plus, but not required
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (senior), preferably within an engineering consultancy
• Proven experience within the Netherlands
• Proven experience in designing and calculating concrete and steel structures
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Proficiency in English is required, and Dutch is highly preferred.
