Qualification and Validation Engineer

Verantwoordelijkheden

• As a Qualification and Validation Engineer, you develop, implement, and execute URS, SIA, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, RV, and TM activities for small-scale equipment and related software. 
• You carry out validation studies for cGMP-critical systems to demonstrate compliance with user, regulatory, and cGMP requirements, with hands-on involvement. 
• You qualify systems by applying industry standards to specific cases in accordance with cGMP, cGLP, and company procedures. 
• You maintain the qualified status of systems to ensure continuous cGMP compliance. 
• You support projects to align with company and regulatory validation standards. 
• You stay current on emerging regulations and testing practices to meet or exceed cGMP expectations. 
• You provide technical expertise on US FDA and EU validation requirements. 
• You manage validation documentation from preparation through approval and implementation. 
• You review and assess system or process changes to determine their impact on qualification and validation documentation. 

Vereisten

• 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare manufacturing environment, including qualification of small-scale equipment and related software. 
• Good knowledge of cGMP requirements within a regulated environment. 
• Strong understanding of quality and compliance regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry. 
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). 
• Experience with troubleshooting validation issues. 
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
