As a Project Manager (medior) you are responsible for:
Leading and managing technical industrial projects within the Project Engineering department, from concept to completion. These projects cover production facilities, infrastructure, and R&D, spanning multiple disciplines and stages—from start-up to execution.
Defining the project scope in consultation with the client:
Establishing specific deliverables to determine project completion.
Identifying constraints, such as budget and planning.
Assembling and leading a multidisciplinary project team.
Overseeing the technical design of the entire project.
Preparing specifications and tender documents for suppliers, engineering firms, and contractors (both internal and external).
Selecting and contracting suppliers, engineering firms, and contractors, including determining the need for specific resources or outsourcing parts of the project.
Managing and monitoring internal and external resources.
Maintaining communication with the client to capture and evaluate changes and implementing agreed scope changes.
Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

We are seeking a mid-level professional with proven project management skills, experience in industrial projects, and a strong engineering background.
Engineering degree with at least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years managing technical industrial projects.
Preferably experienced in electromechanics, with knowledge of other disciplines (e.g., chemistry) being a plus.
Proficient in common project management methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain a helicopter view of the project.
Excellent reporting skills.
A team player with strong communication skills at all levels (clients, colleagues, suppliers, senior management).
Capable of managing and coaching a project team.
Broad experience and interest in technology, engineering, and project management.
