Manufacturing Process Engineer

Verantwoordelijkheden

• As a Manufacturing Process Engineer you are responsible for the development and implementation of initiatives, projects, process improvements, new technologies through change and project management
• You provide technical/process support for root cause investigation, impact assessment and corrective/preventive actions regarding process deviations and deviations
• You support daily performance and continuous improvement by providing advice and technical expertise
• You support ad hoc issues together with manufacturing, Quality Assurance and technical service
• You coordinate and support process data trending e.g. in the context of process robustness
• You work as Subject Matter Expert and point of contact within the departments and for internal and external audits

Vereisten

• Master in technical discipline
• Knowlegde of biopharmaceutical production and process equipment
• Experience with change and project management is a plus
• Familiarity with BioLIMS, Datastream, Delta V, MES is a plus
• Experience within GMP regulated environment
• Enthusiastic & eager to learn (“welcome the problem”)
• Stress resistant and used to working with deadlines
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Communicative in cross-departmental environment
• Experience with change and project management is a plus
• Available to work (partially) on site
