STAR worked on the largest chemical production site in Belgium. Black Diamond was an EPC project that CB&I carried out at the BASF Antwerp site.
It was for the construction of a Butadiene factory in the period 2012-2014 and is estimated at a total cost of 200 to 250 million euros investment cost with about +50,000 man hours.
We have had about 10 people on the project at CB&I and then a few at subcontractors such as Hertel and Engie, in almost all construction disciplines, but especially:
- Construction Management
- Construction Supervision E&I / P&M
- Contract management
- QHSE
- Commissioning
- QA/QC
- Document Control
