Lead Senior Buyer – Capital Projects
To provide leadership to the Capital Projects Procurement Team. Provide local commercial management of capital project procurement strategies and activities acting as the Team Lead Senior Buyer, setting standards and developing best practice policies and procedures for capital project procurement activities.
This is a dual role operating within a matrix organisation providing day to day management of the local procurement team including ensuring the team complies with all local safety and regulatory obligations, managing resources to meet customer demand and fully engaging with Group Procurement initiatives.
As a Senior Buyer the role also includes the contribution to global capital project strategies, deployment of local strategic sourcing activities and the management of key supplier relationships.
