Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment required for the construction project.
Warehouse Organization: Implement efficient warehouse layout and storage methods to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access to materials.
Supervision: Lead and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
Quality Control: Ensure that incoming materials meet quality standards and conduct regular inspections to maintain the integrity of stored items.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and warehouse activities.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to coordinate material deliveries and support project timelines.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, storage, or warehouse operations in a timely and effective manner

Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Forklift certification (preferred).
Understanding of tank construction materials and equipment (an advantage).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
