Setting up the TA organisation for preparation and execution of the TA
Seeking agreement with stakeholders about milestones to be achieved for successful TA performance
Drafting and implementing the TA EHSS plan
Drafting and implementing the TA communication plan
Defining and implementing the TA contracting strategy with Procurement
Together with Procurement, negotiating terms and conditions with selected contractors – including bonus and penalty scheme
Delivering according to agreed milestone plan: estimates, work preparation progress, etc. Initiating and coordinating mitigation actions if required to meet the set targets;
Reporting progress, deviations, plans and actions to the TA steering committee
Delivering the TA event according to set targets, concerning EHSS, quality, schedule and cost.
