Support Project Manager

Responsibilities

• As a Support Project Manager you are working with a high level of independence.
• You provide project management support for corporate-wide technical assignments for single-site complex projects and multi-site strategic initiatives.
• You assist in defining project requirements and objectives, oversees project planning activities, and supports cross-functional teams during program execution.
• You promote consistency across initiatives through the implementation of standardized methodologies / tools; use of common communication and reporting platforms; and lesson-learned discussions.
• You identify risks & issues affecting program progress / success and facilitates solutions to ensure successful project implementation and goal achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in Life or Physical Sciences (i.e. Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Physics, etc) – working experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus.
• Strong in written and oral communications in both Dutch and English.
• Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Good working level knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
