Senior Project Admin

Responsibilities

• Keep records/register/report of all information related to project for documentation, clarification, travel and weekly/monthly reporting to management.
• Agenda Management & full representative of the arrangement and set up of congresses & board meetings.
• Fully responsible of the Travel(s), VISA(s) of the clients team members.
• Remain close contact with the Admin representative.
• Investigate in the project specifics and requirements.   
• Supervise project team members and ensure that they stick to project/departmental specification and guidelines.
• Be closely involved in the set-up of new Projects together with the Project Management team to set the future Scope and Activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project admin experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• High confidentiality
• Experiences on Travel/VISA arrangements
• Ability to change to any new company strategy’s & easily adapt to the company ways of working
• Pro-active
• Flexible
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellence in utilization of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Native | Fluent English
• Team player
