Assist with Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) by analyzing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Support in revising and improving procedures based on valuable feedback from production teams.
Drive problem-solving initiatives and help manage downstream challenges, particularly in surface treatment processes, ensuring alignment between production, pre-production, and customer requirements.
Perform and maintain process follow-up documentation to meet project and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.
Requirements
Proven experience as a QA Engineer in industrial settings; experience in the nuclear sector is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of quality processes and hands-on experience in process follow-up documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) as this is the primary project and documentation language; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently in an office-based role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and improve quality processes.
