Responsibilities

  • Assist with Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) by analyzing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support in revising and improving procedures based on valuable feedback from production teams.
  • Drive problem-solving initiatives and help manage downstream challenges, particularly in surface treatment processes, ensuring alignment between production, pre-production, and customer requirements.
  • Perform and maintain process follow-up documentation to meet project and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer in industrial settings; experience in the nuclear sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of quality processes and hands-on experience in process follow-up documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) as this is the primary project and documentation language; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently in an office-based role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and improve quality processes.
