Project Manager Technology

Responsibilities

• control the scope, budget, timing and quality of your projects
• responsible for the project layout, flow charts, input towards P&IDs and design, while ensuring equipment and process safety, operation simplification (incl. ergonomics and automatization), maintainability and energy optimization.
• work closely together with procurement to purchase all equipment and services
• coordinate the multi-disciplinary engineering, you work in a team with internal discipline experts or external engineering companies
• communicate with all internal stakeholders
• help organize the construction site
• organize all testing, including FAT, cold commissioning and hot commissioning and manage the punch list

Requirements

• Master’s degree in civil engineering, preferably with a mechanical, electrical, chemical or metallurgical background.
• For starters, a civil engineering degree is required. Industrial engineers can be considered when they have relevant experienced has the drive to use your technical knowledge to develop a facility that is robust, safe and clean (= environmentally friendly)
• Technical knowledge and/or background in order to interpret the technical documents
• Positive attitude and is team-focused
• Sense of responsibility and initiative to independently bring tasks to a successful end stadium in all its phases
• Fast learner with hands-on mentality and safety is in your genes
• Good communicator with all stakeholders
