Project Leader Offshore Civil works

Responsibilities

• Works in a multidisciplinary teams together with, amongst others, Project Leaders substation,  the Island package manager and engineers, experts, procurements officers, HSE experts, PMO officer, …
• You will assist during tender & execution phase
• You will coordinate the offshore Civil Works scope on the island (foundations, roads, sewage, cable ducts,… on the island).
  • Write specifications, using concepts, procedures, codes & standards
  • Manage study contracts
  • Coordinate the tender for the offshore civil works
  • In a later phase: manage the execution of these works
  • Manage cost, schedule and risks of your scope
  • Align interfaces with the other disciplines (AC substation, utilities, DC substation, island,…)

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience:
  • Experience in the offshore sector
  • Experience with concrete foundations and/or structures

• Education: Civil Engineer (Master);
• Experience in writing technical specifications and/or technical reports
• Experience in managing contracts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Working structured, independent and precise
• A quick learner
• Excellent MS Office skills
