Experience with Business Group specific Technologies and their design characteristics.
Knowledge of specific safety norms, standards and studies (e.g. ATEX, SIL, HAZOP etc.) in project phases and design.
Experience in projects with budget ranging from 10 - 300 M$ preferably in the FOOD/FEED industry
Experience of applicable national and international (European) norms and regulations
Used to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
Experienced in attending and/or leading in presence or remote team meetings
Ability to work with both internal and external project team members
Master degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or similar experience
At least 7 years of experience as Lead Engineer (from client side)
He or she needs to steer, guide, control the ESP’s (he/she needs to have that experience)
Participated at least already 3 times as project engineer under guidance of an experienced Engineering Lead in projects above 15M$, successfully.
Managed at least already 1 time project engineering with major brownfield scope, successfully.
Proofed in those previously executed projects that he / she can easily coop with project-complexity and has proven to have the managerial skills to lead a group of engineers and contractors (intern / extern) smoothly through the whole life-cycle of a project.
Knowledge of integrated application of current design tools
Knowledge about national and international (EMEA) Engineering & Design Standards
