Responsibilities

  • As a Production Engineer you collaborate daily with Production and Maintenance colleagues to identify potential quality issues, safety risks, or yield losses. 
  • You clarify root causes, recommend solutions, and follow up on implementation for each issue identified. 
  • You work with Engineering and external partners to implement new equipment or execute major updates to existing equipment. 
  • You facilitate effective project meetings with fellow Process Engineers and team members to ensure continuous process monitoring and control. 
  • You lead New Product Introductions (NPIs) in collaboration with colleagues from Product Support, from initiation to completion.
  • You take ownership of a specific production area and serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for that domain. 

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering, with a strong technical background. 
  • Experience in automation and equipment validation (preferred). 
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes and production equipment. 
  • Ability to facilitate project meetings and manage project budgets. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset. 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
