Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• As a Maintenance Engineer, you are a specialist who brings together technology, reliability and maintenance.
• You analyze, advise and initiate improvements that contribute to higher availability and reliability of our installations.
• Your work will include: Setting up and implementing an inventory management system for the management of spare parts.
• Developing, improving and implementing maintenance strategies and maintenance concepts.
• Organizing and optimizing preventive maintenance in collaboration with the Technical Services, Engineering and Manufacturing departments.
• Applying maintenance methods such as RCA, FMECA and Life Cycle Costing.
• Analyzing maintenance and production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitoring technical performance and preventing repetitive failures.
• Actively participate in improvement projects and the development of innovative trouble shooting guides.
• You will work closely with maintenance technicians, engineers and manufacturing.

Requirements

• We are looking for an analytical and entrepreneurial professional who likes to take ownership and knows how to take people along in improvements.
• In addition, you have: A completed technical college education. Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Engineer or a similar position.
• Knowledge of maintenance methodologies and asset management within a production environment.
• A clear vision of predictable and value-driven maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured working method.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
