Independent leadership of the interdisciplinary and intercultural development team, from enquiry to series production
Interface with the programme manager, external partners such as customers and suppliers
Organisation of targeted technical communication between customers and the development departments
Developing technical solutions to realise customer requirements
Breaking down the project goals to the areas of responsibility (mechanics/electrics, electronics hardware, software, system, testing)
Planning and controlling the implementation of the V-model in the project
Supporting the proposal process with regard to content as well as determining the development effort and the necessary resources in the specialist areas
Leading the development team. Planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting on the progress of the project
Supporting staff development by identifying project-specific training needs
Requirements
Technical (specialist) education (TU, FH, HTL) and theoretical fundamentals
Project management: experience in the systematic handling of complex topics
Project management certification (IPMA Level C) advantageous
Experience in working in international teams is an advantage
Professional experience in the manufacturing automotive environment desirable
Professional experience in battery development is an advantage
Understanding of complex technical/commercial interrelationships and their dependencies
Team-oriented and structured way of working in projects
High flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Confident and representative appearance
Business fluent in written and spoken English & German
