EHS Manager

Responsibilities

• Carrying out workplace evaluations, accident and risk analyses
• Reporting and documentation
• Waste, environmental and energy management for the entire site (KPI-orientated)
• Definition of corrective measures and effectiveness monitoring
• Coordination, implementation, compliance with legal requirements regarding occupational health and safety (risk assessment, preventive measures, training)
• Monitoring compliance with internal specifications and guidelines (5S inspections, audits, fire safety inspections)
• Co-operation with external service providers (authorities/service partners etc.) and customers (internal, external)

Requirements

• Technical education (FH, TU, HTL)
• Training in occupational safety (SFK) / environmental and energy management desirable
• Very good knowledge of English
• Several years of professional experience
• Assertiveness, conflict competence
• Independent, structured and goal-orientated way of working
• Experience in dealing with authorities
• Knowledge of management systems advantageous
