Performs contract quality controls to guarantee correct payments to the contractors. Performs checks of proposed payments to contractors, update the cost files and uploads the cost as service entries in our SAP system
Proposes for each contract the translation of the different contractual elements into the SAP agreement and prepares a contract cost follow-up file and update the overall overview of contract payments (PPC file)
Provides the EPCm contractor Tecnimont monthly with commitments and actuals cost as registered in SAP
Assures monthly correct cost reporting and forecasting, provide input to the monthly reports, cost meeting and others
Regular updating of capex spent prognoses
Assure correct cost accounting of Extra works and back charges to suppliers and contractors
Support finance in preparing the project for capitalisatio
Creating purchase requisitions and do goods receipts in SAP
Act as back-up for the Project management assistant
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch and English
Excellent administrative skills, solid experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint, OneNote
Proactive and accurate
Flexible, stress resistant, “self-starter” (sees the work)
Good in organizing own work and supporting admin organization of work of others
Discrete, proper handling of confidential information
SAP knowledge (MM & PM module, especially actual cost and committed cost reporting, service entries, goods receipt, requisitions, (*))
Previous experience of working in projects or construction sites is a “+”
