Completion Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise all system turnover, project completion and related document control activities;
• Co-ordinate inspection of field work, perform walk downs, develop punch list, mark up drawings to reflect as built conditions;
• Defining Handing Over Systems to be followed by construction team;
• Perform field walk down at the time of Turn over package release from construction;
• Coordination of Contractors compilation and submission of original Test Packs and Quality documentation is complete and for transfer to the Client at Project completion;
• Responsible for receives completed Test Packs, any outstanding items are transferred to System Punch List in Turnover Database;
• Experience of using handing over tools like ECC, Co- Console, other, etc.; 
• Flawless co-ordination between construction and commissioning for all project turnover documents;
• Participate in the system Turnover meeting with construction team;
• Responsible for compiling required documentation into Turnover Package; 
• Coordinate with client operation team for liquidating of punch item;
• Coordinating with construction all required priority tags & priority systems that are to be completed for final turnover throughout Project;
• Involved in Project turn over activities  construction to Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning;
• Advise the Discipline Field Supervision regarding the criticality of punch list items with respect to the System Completion Schedule.

Requirements

• Experience of Edible oil Refining / FMCG / Chemical / Sp. Chemical Project;
• Knowledge of Dutch, German & English language (Speaking, Writing, Reading);
• Good Knowledge of requirement Quality and commissioning requirement of checklist, scope of work;
• Understanding of BIM 360 software and/or dedicated Completion Systems;
• +15 yrs of experience.
