Cleaning Validation Expert

Verantwoordelijkheden

• As a Cleaning Validation Engineer you are responsible for the development, validation and improvement of the cleaning processes for equipment and tools. 
• You support all cleaning aspects of new product and equipment introductions, and lead improvements to existing cleaning processes.
• You are the expert and first point of contact for all cleaning-related projects and issues.
• You contribute to periodic cleaning validation processes, such as reviews and sampling programs.
• You understand all technical aspects of the cleaning processes together with the needs and issues of production.
• You respond to deviations and urgent issues in production to ensure continuity, which occasionally requires flexibility.
• You handle documentation, including change controls, protocols, reports and coordinate sampling and lab work.
• You contribute to periodic cleaning validation processes, such as reviews and sampling programs.

Vereisten

• Master’s degree in a scientific field (e.g. Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.). 
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in validation and/or project management within a GMP-production environment.
• Experience in cleaning validation is a strong asset. 
• Knowledge of cleaning and CIP-process principles is a strong plus. 
• Experience in troubleshooting and investigating deviations in validation results. 
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. 
• Strong teamplayer with a hands-on and on-the-floor mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
