Responsibilities

  • As an Automation & Software Engineer, you are responsible for the execution of all software-related activities within projects.
  • You consistently work in accordance with the applicable quality procedures, ensuring that all software meets the required quality standards.
  • You apply the most efficient working methods, continuously balancing cost, quality, and project timelines.
  • You implement, test, install, and maintain software. In addition, you prepare software validation documentation and ensure that it is completed accurately and comprehensively.
  • You serve as the internal and external point of contact for software-related questions within projects and provide support whenever required.

Requirements

  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field, or have acquired an equivalent level of expertise through relevant experience.
  • You have a strong knowledge of:
  • Siemens TIA Portal;
  • SCL, STL, and LAD programming languages;
  • SQL.
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in automation and software development.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset.
