Zuständigkeiten

• Supervision and coordination of validation projects in engineering
• Interface function to external service providers and customers
• Coordination of tests and analyses as part of development
• Conclusion of service agreements to ensure that deadlines and targets are met
• Creating and coordinating the DVP&R in coordination with our customers
• Reporting into the project
• Creating test reports
• Representing the Group in development projects and with our customers
• Identifying cost and deadline reduction potential for test realisations

Anforderungen

• HTL in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or automation technology (or comparable training with experience) or completed apprenticeship in a metal profession with completed foreman training 
• Experience in the automotive sector, especially with regard to the testing of components and individual parts is an advantage
• Career starter 
• Leadership skills, ability to work in a team and resolve conflicts, good technical understanding, analytical thinking, resilient
• Confident demeanour
• Independent, autonomous way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good MS Office skills (Excel)
• Temporary willingness to travel
