Responsibility for the entire purchasing process with regard to enquiry and offer processing, negotiations, orders and contracts for German and English-speaking projects
Carrying out tenders in cooperation with the specialist department, creating and maintaining global/local supplier portfolios, conducting negotiations and drawing up contracts
Proactive identification of cost reduction measures, active participation in process optimisation and contribution of ideas
Processing complaints, conducting renegotiations and coordinating deadlines
Carrying out procurement market analyses and deriving company-oriented sourcing strategies
Coordinating and participating in internal company meetings and customer appointments
Assuming responsibility for the area of responsibility after completing the initial training phase and ongoing support through mentoring
Anforderungen
Completed technical/commercial training such as FH, TU with economic knowledge
Sound purchasing experience required, preferably in the procurement of production equipment and machinery
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), SAP an advantage
Strong communication skills in German and English (business fluent / C1) when working with colleagues, suppliers and customers
Occasional willingness to travel
