ASSISTANT PROJECT PROCUREMENT

Zuständigkeiten

• Sending out enquiries and preparing tenders
• Preparation of bid comparisons and award proposals
• Creation of purchase orders (SAP)
• Supporting the calculation/hedging of purchasing costs (pre-project)
• Order processing of supplier contracts until the end of warranty
• Assistance with project financing
• Warranty management
• Maintenance of supplier data in the corresponding IT tool (SRM 2.0)
• Data entry and maintenance in the purchasing processing tools as well as the creation of corresponding reports
• After an appropriate familiarisation phase, the opportunity to take responsibility for a purchasing area
• This includes the independent selection of suppliers, maintaining contacts and conducting negotiations for specific component areas/areas

Anforderungen

• Completed commercial or technical training (apprenticeship, Matura)
• Experience in assistant activities and processing
• Preferably professional experience in industrial plant construction
• Written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ELSIA, etc.)
• Social competence            
• Organisational skills
• Communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Support in the consistent implementation of measures
