Verantwoordelijkheden

• Act as the first point of contact for EPLAN-related questions within the engineering department.
• Support and guide electrical engineers in using EPLAN efficiently and effectively.
• Provide training on new EPLAN functionalities and hands-on training for newly hired engineers.
• Proactively inform colleagues about developments, improvements and new possibilities within EPLAN.
• Develop, manage and maintain EPLAN macros, templates and component libraries.
• Contribute to the standardisation of components, installations and engineering methods.
• Improve the use of different schematic types, including single-line and multi-line diagrams, and their associated reports.
• Review and complete new components created by engineers and ensure the quality and completeness of the available information.
• Coordinate with EPLAN administrators and other key-users regarding developments, upgrades, database management and standardisation.
• Contribute to the roadmap and further development of EPLAN within the engineering organisation.
• Work as an Electrical Engineer on project teams alongside the key-user activities.
• Independently develop electrical system designs using EPLAN.
• Prepare specifications for materials and components.
• Provide technical support during production and installation.

Vereisten

• Only EU based candidates will be considered. 
• Completed technical education at MBO, HBO or university level, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with EPLAN and a solid understanding of electrical engineering.
• Experience with developing and/or managing EPLAN macros, templates and component libraries.
• Affinity with standardisation, digitalisation and improving engineering processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide colleagues in adopting new working methods.
• Experience providing training or user support is an advantage.
• Experience designing electrical installations and systems.
• Analytical, independent and structured approach to work.
• Good command of English, Dutch is big advantage.
